Course Description

This course offers a focused study of safety practices, regulations, and procedures critical to welding and construction environments. Emphasis is placed on personal protective equipment (PPE), the safe operation of tools and machinery, hazard recognition, and accident prevention. Students gain practical experience with essential construction equipment and receive training in basic first aid and emergency response specific to industrial settings. Upon completion, students will be prepared to comply with OSHA and SARA Title III standards and industry best practices. Group 2 course.
