This course represents a comprehensive introduction to the French language for the true beginner. Students will develop the ability to communicate in French in everyday practical situations while acquiring some of the necessary skills for reading, writing, listening, and speaking. FRN 201 is designed to further develop language proficiency in reading, writing, listening, and speaking. A deeper exploration of French culture is presented in this course, allowing students to transform themselves into truly active and proficient language users. Group 1 course.
